Gabriel is such a joy. He totally has his own personality and we love seeing it come out through the things he loves and routinely does.

This weekend was an awesome weekend. My great friend Joanne and her husband Keith came up to have a play date with us. They also had a baby a couple of weeks before us. Their little boy Keaton is quite the personality and is such an adorable baby. He has tons of hair, it's super long! I wish I would've gotten a picture of Gabriel and him when they were both awake. We spent some time in our house, then went out to lunch in Carytown, then a nice walk and some great ice cream at Bevs. We had a great time with them. I'm so happy that Joanne and Keith have a beautiful healthy boy. It's so much fun to be parents at the same time. We're excited for the years to come!

Fun Times With Gabriel

Our sweet Gabriel is 4 weeks old now! We have had so many fun times with him already. He is such a good baby. He is really calm, doesn't cry and sleeps through the night. David and I got really lucky, although we have to admit that Gabriel resembles both of our temperaments ;-). He is content at life and just goes with the flow. We can't imagine our lives with out him. Life as a mother and wife is amazing. We are so happy that we didn't wait to have kids, life is so much better this way!

Our funnest times come from watching him wake up and we love to hear him pass gas. It is the funniest thing! He puts so much work into it. Check out this video of him trying to wake up from a nap, pay careful attention to the end.
